since days we are trying to reach them, from both hungary and turkey related to an urgent ticket change-the line is on no one answers the phone not even in office hours. there is an other phone number given we are trying that one too, even though it is working hours the automat says they are currently closed. totally useless service, we are in rush and can not reach anyone to help us!!!! shame on tk airlines budapest office, tk maybe you should change your bud staff!

The Budapest office is not picking up their phone. I needed to do a reservations payment and tried to call them for 2 days and nothing happened.

Dear Turkish Airlines,
I have booked a flight from Budapest to Erbil in the 17 of June. The transit is supposed to be 8 hours. But the flight has been rescheduled and now the transit is 32 hours in Sabiha airport. Will you offer me a place where I can rest and sleep a little. I will have a health problem if I stay waiting all that time.
I can pay myself for food but I can not pay for a hotel and it too much time. I think I will be the only passenger who get into this trouble.
