I was trying so many times to call office everywhere in doha during working hours ,but no body answer , so I went to buy my ticket from another airlines ,just because of this reason.

I am flying Turkish Airlines from Doha, Qatar to Madrid, Spain.
I am carrying my Chihuahua in a soft kennel with me in the cabin. I was told when I bought my ticket that it is allowed.
I would like to know what the procedure is at Hamad International Airport for carrying a pet in the airport till you get to the gate? Is that allowed? If not would I get my dog at the boarding gate?
Please answer my query, as NO ONE answers the booking office phone not the airport office phones. They just keep ringing or are continuously engaged. It is really so frustrating!

We so disappointed service of Turkish airlines. They lost our luggage, when we came to Qatar, we complained that they lost it and we will be without luggage after long trip. They found it , but sent them sooo damaged. Luggage was expensive and they said wait stock and call the office. We were trying to call them 4 days and still no one answer!!!!
