    I have had the most dreadful experience trying to book a flight from Istanbul to Dublin.
    I have already emailed the below.

    This morning I tried booking a flight from Istanbul to Dublin.
    That should be an easy task!
    However the 1st difficulty I faced was the message ‘ this is an invalid membership number’ when I entered my M&S no; TK xxxxxxx !
    Thais happens every time I entered this no whilst booking.
    Yet when I check in I am told it is a valid number.
    Is it a valid number and why does your booking system reject it ?

    The 2nd difficulty was trying to pay with my HSBC Turkey Visa card. Despite 2 step verification it was rejected numerous times ! Why?

    The 3rd difficulty was making phone contact with the Dublin airport.
    When first contacted today on 01 8447920 a man advised me to call 01 5851849. When phoned the recording is in Turkish and on a continuous look with no English option.
    When I called back 01 8447920 , reservations option, line terminates on repeated attempts.
    Ditto other options.
    On my 5th call a man answered and as I was explaining my difficulties the line was terminated .

    This is a most unacceptable response from an international organisation of any type.
    I live between Istanbul ,London and Ireland and frequently fly Ist/DUB and always enjoy the service.

    However the response from Dublin equates that to be expected from a 4th rate organisation which puts customer service bottom of the priority list.

    Even Ryanair has a better customer service.

    I presume TA is an ISO accredited organisation and has a formal complaints procedure , I wish to avail of it and request a formal response?

    I left a message re a mistake on a booking from Amsterdam to Sydney in December 2022. The name on the booking is Rory Brien but the exact name is Rory O’ Brien. he has tried for past month to get this error corrected to avoid any unnecessary stress on all of his flights. My wife and I are flying with Turkish Airlines to Sydney at that time to meet him there. we have had no issues.
