Turkish airlines are potential thieves. I will never recommend anyone to use that airline.where on Earth can one drop a brine new laptop and other valuable and expensive items in the trash.
Unfortunately, when I received my luggage today, I noticed that the bases of my luggage were broken.
But at that time I did not see any Turkish Airline employees on the spot, but in the end I found one of the relevant employees with a lot of effort, but unfortunately they did not accept that this problem was due to their negligence, and worse, they told me that I was lying. I’m really sorry for this big airline for this kind of disrespect to its customers.
I hope my problem is solved, otherwise I will not get a ticket from Turkish Airline anymore.
