    I am very dissapointed and angry and not sure, if I will ever take a flight on Turkish airways again. I am flying today from Durban to Istanbul. Your baggage allowance is not clearly stated. I only says 2 luggages, 30 kg, I don´t know whether it is with or without hand luggage. I tried to phone 5 numbers, all on your South Africa web side, no one answered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I booked 2 return tickets from Johannesburg to Lisbon on a credit card. They took R34000 from the card. Why? The tickets are R8500 each. No telephone number work. I can’t get hold of any person to help. The reservations office phone not working. Johannesburg office says not there problem…what is going on? I want a full refund ….if there is any person responding to this email please call me back.

    I am extremely frustrated in trying to get hold of anybody on all the telephone numbers supplied for Cape town & Johannesburg, South Africa. I made a total of 18 calls to all the numbers and no one bloody answers. That is pathetic customer service for an airline trying to establish themselves in the African Continent.

    We are leaving tonight at 6pm from Cape town and as husband & wife we have been seated in row 31e and 34c which is unacceptable. I am trying to book the extra leg room seats even if I have to pay for them but it does not allow me the option on the website when I am trying to check in online.

    I need someon to get back to me urgently on 0827734140 as I cannot get anyone to answer the damn telephone.

      This is the last time I will be using Turkish air the service on flight has deteriorated dramatically the food service started at the front of aircraft by the time it got to rear there was no more food and very little beverages for the last 80 or so passengers when I asked why the answer was that’s it your staff was horrible and need retraining in customer service I find it very hard to believe that the one thing you turks were famous for was your hospitality and service hoping to get some feedback from management Neil Cohen

    No numbers to contact Turkish Airlines work.
    My tickets have been changed by the Airline and there is no way to find out what has been changed – just a message that flight details changed.
    I have been trying to contact any possible number for Turkish airlines in SA, but no answer for hundreds of calls I made.
    It is the worst airline I have ever seen.
    I will never fly with them again.

    To whom may it concern: last 22 of December we (14) took a Turkish plane to Havana destination from O.R.Tambo . We check in our luggage and by arrival we were surprised that one of our me members did not receive his luggage. We adreesed the issue with the Turkish airline office and submit the claim and all the details we were requested to . There have been not news since then and the online website is not even working .     This is a comment for the Manager to tell him or her how outstanding Roxanne was last night. Please pass it onto Roxanne’s manager whoever it is. We were flying business class to Tel Aviv via Istanbul but didn’t have the entry form for Israel. We tried for more than 2.5 hours to fill it in on our cell phones but it wasn’t taking the photo of our vaccination certificates. We were becoming desperate, and no one would help us until Roxanne came along. She was outstanding, and with her help we landed up just making the flight. She is smart, kind, efficient, fast, cool under pressure, and so compassionate. Our huge thanks and appreciation.
