Worst service ever.. I travelled through turkish air from KTM nepal to west palm beach international on 8th july. 9th July I found my baggage is lost. I did complain at the same time. After 10 days I got my one baggage but still another is missing. I frequently contacted them via Gmail and call. But now they are saying I have to contact Kathmandu for my baggage.is this fair?? It’s really hard for me to contact Kathmandu from here USA. Who is responsible??
