I was told to contact the office in Milan directly, by your Call Center, to see if my Service Dog is accepted with me on my flight on April 13 from Milano to San Francisco via Istanbul. But there is no number listed for that office. My reservation code is SJXHIU. I have flown many times with my trained and certified Service Dog always at my feet in Business, as per International agreements on rules for Service Animals to and from the U.S..I decided to give a TRY to Turkish Airlines this time but there has been much confusion and Turkish has not followed the usual easy process experienced on other airlines. Please follow up on this for me? I would be very grateful to get a confirmation that he will fly with me, without a crate, on a leash, for free, on my flight, as per previous flights.I thank you in advance for your kind assistance.
