    Dear representatives of Turkish Airlines in Odessa office!

    My name is Marynchuk Sergiy, I ama seaman who was flying with Turkish Airlines on the 07.03.2018 from Odessa to Istanbul and from Istanbul to Hong Kong.
    My first flight at 09:50 a.m. was cancelled because of bad weather conditions. I contacted your office on the second floor and you gave me new flight. Please see the flight details attached.

    I had 2 pieces of lugagge. 1 piece of luggage arrived at Hong Kong airport. The smaller black suitcase got lost.
    As I am seaman I contacted our ships agent in Hong Kong and we went to the lost and found lugagge office and completed the form and gave my luggage tag to them.

    Today in Hong Kong before the ships departure the agent said there is no information yet about my luggage.

    As I work on the cruise ship and we are constantly moving from 1 port to the another one I ask you to assist me in this matter. The lost luggage had important items which i need for my work on the ship.

    If the luggage is still in Odessa ( which can also be) i ask you to let me know and i will contact my sister who can pick it up and simply bring it home on Odessa.

    The situation with the lugagge is very unpleasant and i am going to forward it to the shipping company as well as Turkish Airlines head office.I ask you for understanding.

    With the next letter i will provide you with the report of the lost luggage. I do not have it at the moment and will try to get it on the ship from the office.

    Do you have any information about my lost suitcase? It had a luggage tag on it with my contact details.

    Hello I would like to know if it is possible to pay a penalty to postpone my return ticket which was planned for June 02, 2018. If yes I want to extend the ticket for February 25 and how much it can cost. Thanks for your understanding.
