All day long, despite the number of calls I made to the Turkish Airlines office in Thessaloniki, Greece, I was not able to reach a single person regarding a request/process to change my ticket.
It is the most frustrating and disappointing experience.
two weeks prior to this, Turkish AIrlines missent my luggage (after flying business class and hoping to get the luggage – at least – on time, l was in a desparate situatuion with no extra clothes to change and other personal needs to use!
Totally incomprehensible and unaccaptable! And this is for the lack of better words/adjectives!

Why nobody is picking the God damn phones!?
You’re the worst airlines ever! Last time in my life to be travelling with Turkish airlines!
I’ve booked my ticket online with return date 25 April 2018 from Prague to Thessaloniki at 14:35, instead and without notice I’ve been given the confirmation the same date at 90:40. I already paid hoping that my choice was ok! Then I figured out that the hour of departure is not tallying what I had initially chosen! I tried hard to correct the mistake, but without any response from the Turkish airlines! Nobody is picking the phone … reluctant and ignorant!
I must admit that it was my mistake to go for this tragically wrong option of chosing Turkish airlines! Never ever again!
My luggage was “lost” and after lots of phone calls and mails and visits to my departure airport I was informed that my suitcase was sent to Istanbul by mistake instead of Thessaloniki, Greece. I traveled and arrived to Thessaloniki on the 25th June. I finally received my suitcase on 1st July. In the mean time I had to buy toiletries a few clothes and shoes among other things for my daughter . I would like to know how I can be reimbursed for my expenses , and my phone calls.
