This is the worst airline ground services. I really faced a non-hospitable treatment. I never advise to fly with this arrogant airline at all.
Very poor customer service !! They don’t understand English and each time you call they give you a different information on the same topic ! One of them was rude ! That was a big reason why I canceled my family trip with them and changed it to different airline that had a very respectful and knowledgeable customer service !!
They never answer the phones, there is no way for me to communicate to purchase my son’s diability discounted ticket, I live 4 hours away from IAD, and I don’t want to drive unless I am sure I will receive some service, disappointed…

This is the worst customer service I received from Turkish Airlines from the IAD center in Washington DC. I asked a refund for my grandma’s ticket because of Covid-19 and I started this emailing back and forth with the IAD office in December and now it is April 27,2021 and still no solution. I will make sure all my family and friends will not use your airline. This is unacceptable
