I was sent a packet of 14kg from Nigeria by my mum. I was told in Nigeria that I will just have to clear this from the custom office and pay the percentage of the worth of the items was sent. The item got in 27th Nov from Nigeria and I didn’t hear from the Turkish airline cargo I went there and I was directed to another Agent that gave me a very horrible charges to pay for just personal items. The kept frustrating me with unclear demands. Sent documents to sign which I did in the paragraphs for signature but they asked me to sign on the papers anywhere on the rest documents. They also demanded for the cost and weight of each item in the packet. I wonder how on earth I was suppose to know the cost of the tiny items my mom bought for me. I wonder how am suppose to the weight of each product. I tried calling Turkish Airline for more than a week with this number 0203165014 but they don’t answer or respond to their emails. What a horrible cargo service is this.
I want to get my products please. If only anyone wed read this.
I will never use Turkish cargo again. They first lost the packing list attached to my cargo. Now we went there to pick up my cargo. They directed us to an agent, the agent has been waiting for an arrival notice from turkish cargo they havent sent it yet. I urgently need my cargo.
