Dear Sir/Madam,
I am trying to find out how I can get back my two suitcase that are missing since 24th April 2019 when I boarded Turkish Airline at Heathrow Airport to Istanbul and the flight was cancelled. I was transferred to Air France that same night from Turkey to come back to London Heathrow Airport and connect with another Air France flight to go to Free town, Sierre Leone.
This is over one month now since my luggages had got missing. Can the Manager who is responsibly for missing Baggages get back to me as soon as possible. I think I have patience enough.

Hi, how can I pick up my cargo that is Manchester for days . Been calling the cargo nos online no one is connecting. Been in Manchester twice I couldn’t pick it up, was given a no to call I called they said they are waiting for custom to clear it I have been calling the no to speak with any of the team that are handling this cargo nobody is there to answer the call after some hours the no doesn’t connect please can some one direct me to the channel on how to pick up my cargo please .
