Good morning,
I am trying to reach you by phone, I have been trying for a while now since yesterday and it is impossible to get into contact with anyone. I have a cargo coming in tomorrow morning at 4 am and I would like some clarification. can I please get valid contacts and a name of a person that can assist me. and not this number. 0722535255. That line goes through but the person identified as Sammy has been very unhelpful. the other number, 0722177657 that I also got from Turkish airways, International house is a wrong number. can get a contact that can assist me please?

I need to speak to someone in Turkish Airlines cargo division in Nairobi. Can’t get through. The number given in the website is that of someone who’s not working with Turkish airlines??? I had booked a cargo from Slovakia vide AWB 235-14385291. Out 6 packages 5 arrived. Need to urgently check the status of the balance as this one is critical. appreciate your urgent advise.
As the fourth largest carrier in the world, I’d be proud to be associated with the Turkish Airlines as a qualified Cargo Operations professional. I have previous experience from Lufthansa Cargo where I trained initially as a fresher and later joined KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as Cargo officer and rose in the ranks in the department to be responsible for cargo operations supervision for 19 years. While serving there I had an opportunity to work for Airfrance Cargo and Martinair Cargo. My responsibilities stretched further where I also became Cargo Planner, Weight (Mass) and Balance and Loadmaster supervision, including Aircraft Handling, Ramp Handling etc.
Kindly send me an alert whenever an opening becomes available.
