    It would be helpful if people were available to actually answer calls. I tried to call the Amman office over half a dozen times and still have not gotten any answer!

      I can not believe what is going ,I been trying to call all phone numbers they provide us for customer service over two hours and still no answer from 10 am…
      The best airline doing that to me so sad
      I have been flying with them more than 15 years twice a year love them but now …..

    As you can see from the email I forwarded you I got a compensation payment of 400€ as EMD and I would like to get this money in as mentioned in the mail as refund in cash or on my bank account.     We have received your message dated 30th of November 2018.

    Firstly, we ask for you to accept our regret at the unpleasant situation you have experienced, and we apologize for not getting you to the final destination on your ticket on time.

    As is the case in every other industry, unexpected issues may occur in the aviation industry, too, and we would like to share with you the fact that some of these happen outside our control.

    Under normal conditions, in cases of planned delays, our passengers are contacted to be informed of the delay. In the investigation conducted, it was found that the TK1864 Rome/Istanbul flight on 11th of November 2018 was conducted with 2 hour and 13 minutes delay due to Late arrival of aircraft due to delay in departure thereof at the previous station (2 hours 4 minutes) Congestion at security checkpoints (5 minutes) airport capacity (4 minutes). Therefore, you were misconnected your flight TK0816 Istanbul/Amman flight dated 12th of November 2018, and that your reservation was changed to facilitate your journey via TK0816 Istanbul/Amman dated 12th of November 2018.

    As a compensation, the Electronic Travel/Refund Check (EMD) below has been issued on 3rd of December 2018
