Turkish Airlines does not answer phone in Cairo. I am trying to change a reservation. Impossible with NO service!!!!

What’s the exact phone number we are supposed to call? The numbers indicated on this page either DO NOT work or there’s NO answer. I need to make sure my reservation is confirmed.

Also when i called their office in Turkey just when I was about to pay the penalty by credit card the agent said their payment system is down and I need to call again to fix my issue. They couldn’t even bother to call their customers to follow up and save the client’s time and effort.
