I have concern with my return ticket. Everyday I call your hotline. All your contacts (office, call center, local Ang international) cannot be reach. No reply from email. What kind of service is this?
I urgently need to cancel my tickets due to Covid-19 restrictions extended in Moldova.
The city office in Kishinev was closed; as a building receptionist told me, “they currently operate out of the office in the airport”. Calls to both their airport office and the city office were to no avail.
I’m was calling yo your office in Chisinau for 2 hours and nobody answered, sk I take the car and drive for 1.5 hours to arrive to the office and resolve my problem. I’m not understanding why you keep people there if they don’t do their jobs
