I have concern with my return ticket. Everyday I call your hotline. All your contacts (office, call center, local Ang international) cannot be reach. No reply from email. What kind of service is this?
I urgently need to cancel my tickets due to Covid-19 restrictions extended in Moldova.
The city office in Kishinev was closed; as a building receptionist told me, “they currently operate out of the office in the airport”. Calls to both their airport office and the city office were to no avail.
