It is a ridiculous situation and offices closed, and call centres will advise people to visit the local offices. There is no arrangement to have a refund and use another flight. Turkish airline has not provided a useful support who are trying to return to their home country. I have been offered date rescheduling ams ended up being cancelled by turkish Airline. Now, I am having a hard time rslilg to someone for a refund. 8nhave called the call centre in turkey but keep getting busy tone or on hold. What a terrible service in these situations.
