i HAVE BEEN TRYING EXTENSION NO 5 ON YOUR TELEPHONE BEARING NO . 61997900,FOR INFORMATION ON TOURISTANBUL AS I TRAVELLING TO VENICE VIA ISTANBUL ON TURKISH AIRWAYS ON 14 JUNE 2019 AND RETURNING FROM DUBROVNIK ON 29TH JUNE BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE.
I am disappointed that all your numbers are inaccessible. Been trying to reach your office last three days . Why is it so difficult to pick up and answer customer calls ? Some one should be responsible and made accountable in your office. An airline company cannot afford to make itself inaccessible this long. Sad.
