Due to the consolation to my flight Booking Reference UNX64S family name YOUNES kindly cancel my ticket and refund it to my credit card, I tried to cancel on line the only available option air miles, I am not interested in air miles and unfortunately ticket is cancelled by the airlines.

Hello this is Adem , I emailed Turkish Airlines many times and I called them many times so they said email to KSA Saudi Arabia in Riyadh and I got problem with you guys Turkish Airlines because I got tickets from Turkish airlines by agency my flight was on January 1st and return back April 1st so they cancelled because of covid-19 and I already returned by different airplane so I need refund my money back soon I called the agency and also Turkish Airlines no one won’t give me my money back please this i email you twice I called many times no one cares about me . Your Excellency, I am very sorry to complain here that your Saudi Arabia Riyadh staff acts negligently, does not read emails and does not reply. This can be detrimental to your airline.
