    I will be flying on Turkish Airlines o 17 Oct to Istanbul & tried to enter the details to claim for miles but unable to save (some error code)

    Will I be able to use the Lounge at the airport during departure/arrival fm Singapore/Istanbul without the card.

    I was on TK1004 Skopje to Istanbul on 10 Aug 2018 ( on Business Class, Ref USCKGF 2352767990635 ). The flight was scheduled to depart at 0920 am. It was delayed by more than 2 hours, which resulted in my missing my flight SQ391 out of Istanbul ( leaving Istanbul 1330pm Istanbul time ).
    Grateful if you could provide the reasons for the delay and confirm the delayed departure time of TK 1004 from Skopje, arrival time in Istanbul.

    I lost one of my luggage whilst returning to Singapore from Istanbul on flight TK 0054 on 14th Dec 2018. The airlines produced a SATS form saying that the luggage was indeed loaded onto the plane. I am in the process of claiming from my travel insurance. However before they can process the claim, they need a letter or confirmation from TA that the airlines are not compensating me for the lost luggage.

    I have been trying to speak to someone from Turkish Airlines regarding my “missing points”. I flew to Romania 8 March and returned 1 April. During my booking I have indicated that my points be credited to SQ Krisflyer. I gave them the necessary information. Today I went down to SQ’s office and was told that the Turkish Airlines points have not been transferred to Krisflyer.

    I found that my luggage crack damaged while returning to Singapore from Istanbul on flight TK0054/26 on 25 MAY 2019. I am in the process of claiming from my travel insurance.     Tried many times to call your Singapore office.

    The response on every extension was “Sorry this number cannot be reached”. This included ticketing, sales & admin.
    WE ARE FLYING TONIGHT AT 11.25 PM & I have 2 booking reference numbers:

    TWAA&U and TK8ESE. The system does not allow me to see the seats (53 J and 53 K) chwe have paid extra for or to check in.

    Also the Turkish Miles & Smiles reference TK003776095 (I just joined), cannot be entered, or the error in my name changed.

    The lack of someone in Singapore to speak to is unacceptable since the only number does not answer.

    Please confirm the seats by return email.

    After my last comment now every extension (including reservations) gives a message “busy”. Not possibility to wait to speak to someone or the opportunity to leave a message. I can be contacted by HP on your records or return email. Otherwise we must turn up at Changi Airport tonight to see what seats have been allocated.

    THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, since we paid extra for specific seats in August. I believe that these were 53A & 53B (extra legroom), on tonight’s flight to Instanbul, but there is nothing on your website to confirm, and NOBODY FROM Turkish AIRLINES TO SPEAK TO.

    I believe that this is a scam. Tried calling several times, and they keep transferring me. Asked me for my details but they do not convey back to me my flight details at all, which they should have in their system. Instead, they ask to wait for a long time, then transfer me to another department again. At one point, one of them even ask me to speak faster, and ask me for my credit card details even before the she knew my flight details. And there were background noises. The entire call is just questionable and shady. Will avoid them. Have no choice but to call the main turkish number, which when I compared to this call, makes this call sounds so shady.
    Please avoid!

Your airline cancelled our return flight and after we incurred extra costs to call your international helpline (as your online manage booking CANNOT work), we were assured that your selected seats (which we paid for) were retained. TO our surprise, we checked and they were removed!!! Please rectify the mistake by making sure our original selected seats are confirmed.
