I am writing you because I am interesting to have my boarding pass of the following flight; 08-oct-2019 TK044 IST Istanbul CPT Cape Town 01:55 12:10. Due I lost my boarding pass in the plane I will need because my work. I hope you can help me. Thank you in advace
Last July 29,2022 I took the flight TK1856 bound to Istanbul then to Manila. When the plane arrived at the main building it written delayed for 6hrs going to Manila.Then when we are already in the boarding room some ground crew talked to us that If we will agree to delay our flight for the following day ,they will pay me 600euro and a hotel accommodation, so I agree since it’s already too late. But they did not inform us properly what to do. The immigration officers did not allowed me to go out for the hotel since we need to have a visa. I have a residence card from Spain. So at the end I stayed the whole night and day at the airport,and nobody give a care to me and my companions even we asked for some assistance. Now I am back in Barcelona and hope to be compensated for the delay and bad experiences that transform on that very unlucky day.

I have a flight from Barcelona to Tehran on 23th August, my ticket was attached below, I am going to ask you about the PCR test. I am fully vaccinated and it passed more than 15 days from my second shot. Is it necessary to have a PCR test? According to the Iran embassy in Madrid, I heard that Iran change the rules for entering passengers. I just want to be sure about the rules and not having any problems at the airport.

Hi,
I´m residing in Spain and holding Spanish Residency permit. I need to come back to Spain with Turkish Airlines from Kuala Lumpur via Istanbul. I´m Holding a Authorization of Return (Autorizacion de Regreso) from Spanish boarder control as my residency card has expired.
It´s clearly mentioned in the Authorization that no VISA is required to travel Spain.
can you confirm the same that I can ravel with this in Turkish Airlines.

Worst ever. Calls dropped multiple times, runs into rebooking errors with agents on the line, spent 2+ hours on the phone and still not able to re-book a ticket. Wrote to customer service multiple times and got generic answers after waiting for days. DO NOT FLY TURKISH AIRLINES.
