    I was informed that for the second time my return ticket from San Francisco to Tehran was cancelled, the ticket is attached to this letter. Because of a family emergency I must fly to Tehran on scheduled plan. For any reason if Turkish Airline can not do its commitments, please immediately change my flight to another airline, Star Alliance member or any other airline. It seems that Qatar Airways is regularly fly from SFO to IKA.

Flight departure was just 5 hours and 20 minutes late from Lahore. His next connection from Istanbul to Cotonou (Flight No TK557) was lost, naturally. It was merely due to Airline fault and Its complete responsibility of Airline to take care its precious costumers, but it was shocking for us that Mr. Mabroor Ahmad was completely left stranded at Istanbul Airport for 2 days (48 hours). No hotel or transit facility was provided to him. Turkey has very old and glorious history of hospitality and this incident was totally reverse of what we have been imagining and assuming about Turkish people. Please take immediate look into this matter and revert me back at the earliest and possible compensation may please be awarded.

    I would like to write to you regarding misinformation and travel harassment on 4th April flight TK- 1760 LISBON – ISTANBUL , TK 712 ISTANBUL – DHAKA .AIRBUS -A321-100/200 I supposed to be in Dhaka, Bangladesh 5th on April. 
    Let me  explain you the  terrible incident , I was asking  several times to the Turkish ticket counter , Lisbon airport and be confirmed there will not be any problem to fly from Lisbon to Dhaka , Bangladesh, Unfortunately the real story was another in Bangladesh civil aviation has already decided to cancel all the flight to land. On the other hand I with other passengers were the  extreme level sufferer and came back to Portugal. Though I got an open ticket to fly again back to Bangladesh.
    Now my question is that do you think it was a professional service provided by Turkish air Ticket  sales team who could  not inform me what is going to happen and they are having a huge communication gave between sales office and air lines office . This is not only your job to sell the ticket and all is done you should know if there is any travel restriction due to the covid and perform according to .
    Finally I would like to claim a compensation for travel harassment and wasting my valuable time  as it was completely your fault and negligence toward passenger.Terribly You do not have any update communication to provide to the passenger . I do claim compensation for 5,000 euro for harassing my travel wasting my time.
    I would like to draw attention to the Turkish airlines highest authority to consider my claim and pay for compensation for my time and harassment .Turkish Airlines must be liable for this situation as you were not well informed and this is your fault .

Me and my wife came here on 27th February and had returned ticket on 3rd May which had been cancelled because of Covid positive. After that all flights were suspended by government. When boarding the plane, the staff at the boarding gate of your company thought that there was a problem with my entry visa, so they refused me to board the plane. Actually, I used a Hong Kong resident ID card. They think it is fake. But after I was denied boarding, no one told me what to do with my checked baggage. Later, the follow-up flight from your company to Hong Kong would not be available until the 28th, so I changed to the Emirates flight and returned to Hong Kong. After I arrived in Hong Kong, I called to consult with your luggage agency. The staff told me that my luggage was in Turkey, and they asked me to contact Emirates. I contacted Emirates Airlines this morning, and they helped me find that the luggage was stored at your Turkish Airlines Istabul Airport, number OHD/ISTTK23479-480.

    Regarding the situation concerning flight TK7773 on 19.05.2022.
    The direct costs incurred by me are as follows:
    CGN-TBS – CGN flight – 405,14 Euro – attachment 1
    Hotel in Tbilisi (confirmation by booking.com) attachment 2 – 152 euros
    Taxi to the airport and back – 100 Euro.
    In addition, due to the fault of your company did not held a meeting with business partners, and I reserve the right to claim losses, according to the legal procedure.

    On board the plane for 1.5 hours was not turned on the ventilation, there was no announcement of the reasons for the delay!!!
    After leaving the plane for the terminal, no water/food was offered, no announcement was made as to the reasons for the delay and further intentions.
    After re-boarding the plane, at 7:40 pm, a statement was made by the ship’s commander that the flight would depart at 9 pm. At the same time the advisability of such an early boarding is questionable. Then water was offered, but half the passengers were out of water. Then a statement was made that it was necessary to confiscate hand luggage, to check it and return it to its place.
    Immediately afterwards, the flight was announced to be cancelled.
    So the torture of the passengers of flight TK7773 lasted for 7!!! hours.
    It seems that during this time your employees violated a lot of regulations on flight regulations.

    I ask you to take measures to prevent such attitude to passengers and to compensate the direct costs incurred by me in connection with the situation described.

    We are very disappointed on your service level, since last year we are supporting to TK airline for business but unfortunately our customers are not satisfied on your service. Our every shipment is being delayed and your customs service & capacity team is really un-professional in response.
    Regarding shipment # 235-07193373, it was arrived at IST on 16-Oct and plan to move from IST to LHE on 17-Oct flight but unfortunately cargo hasn’t moved from IST airport and cargo is being delayed. Is there anyone who can support us in this case or should we close business with TK airline ???
