Dear Sir
My wife & daughter are since yesterday 22.08 stuck with emergency landing in Hong Kong from Manila (TK-85) and are having a terrible 24hrs experience in HK. First waiting in plane for hours then via taxis taken to hotel where 100s people waiting for rooms and carrying all their huge bags. Then slept only few hours to be awaken and in a huge Que to go to bus to T1. Now again standing in Que at T1 as flight was to be 19h but no-one giving any information just standing. I can document all this with pics and videos as we live in 2019 and we cant understand this terrible service since your engine is bad that my family especially wife who is not well at all has to suffer this terrible service from Manila to Belgrade.
Thank you TA but never ever again with TA and we shall show not tell others how you take care of families coming back from vacation.

Nobody answers the phone from the office…. 2 times I waited for 15 minutes and the connection interrupts…. so unprofessional!
I spoke to a travel agent very unkind person. Et the end she finished the conversation in the middle of my question. So unpleasant experience. Wish if Turkish airline has nicer people in-the office.
