Van valaki aki a telefonhivasokra valaszol? Szerettem volna helyet lefoglalni, de az oldalukon nem lehet, de hivatjoznak hogy hivjuk a reservacios irodat. Sajnos ez egy lehetetlen feladat, mivel senki nem valaszol a hivasra. Pocsek szolgaltatas. Hihetetlen hogy ilyen a 21 szazadban, amikor raadasul az lenne a fontos minel tobb utas repuljon, hogy az elveszett bevetelt csokkentsek, nem hajlandok az ugfyfelekkel foglalkozni. Shame.

Terrible…. wase canceled department, after changed 2 dazs leter, MISTACKE WITH TIME…. AGAIN WAIT 1 DAY …. becouse they dont know what is different time
They are not willing to pick up the phone.
Luckily, they are helpful via emails: [email protected], but you cannot solve everything via emails.
Why do they have office here if you cannot go there to ask help in person??

Reggel 9 óra óta probálom elérni a budapesti irodát, de eredménytelenül. Nagy segítségre lenne szükségem repülőjegy vásárlásával kapcsolatban. 2024 januárjában szeretnék Ausztráliába utazni két hónapra. Kiválasztottam oda-vissza a járatot. Viszont amikor beírom az utasokat,.., stb és a fizetésre szeretnék menni az alábbi üzenetet kapom.
