    My luggage was not loaded onboard in Istanbul (connection Milano Malpensa to Dushanbe). On the sticker I have the following code 0235595769 – TK 595769. It is a blue suitcase (American Traveller) wrapped in green film for protection by True Star (Malpensa Airport) and so it is also insured. Code is TSBS6SB584CINT. I need to make sure the suitcase is in Istanbul airport and it will arrive to Tajikistan with the next flight. I am in Tajikistan for work, I need my belongings in the missing luggage and so I am quite disappointed with Turkish Airlines.

    We are waiting from 3 o’colock here in Dushanbe air port for TK255 flyt!! Without any responsible person .now is 12.30 in dushanbe 20 december

    Dushanbe Turkish Airlines office is not like other Turkish Airlines offices. The latter are pretty good, but in Dushanbe the manager lies and makes up rules. International rules set down by Turkish Airlines are ignored when it comes to shipping pets. It is disheartening because it is really the only European style airline flying into Dushanbe, so you are stuck using them. It is so unlike Lufthansa in Almaty which is organized and follows international airline policy. Really the Dushanbe office is a disgrace

    Turkish Airlines office in Dushanbe looks like is the worst and horrible office in the WORLD – just ignoring passenger’s problems.
    We had roundtrip tickets from the USA to Dushanbe. In the early morning when we went to Dushanbe international airport to board the plane, the Turkish representatives did not let us board the plane because THEY DONT see our itinerary in their system. We have it on hand CONFIRMED e-tickets with confirmed itinerary and still, they did not let us board the plane. Even though they could see that we have return tickets !!!!! After, that they did not hesitate to sell for $2200 (one-way ticket) to one of the passengers of our booking to the same flight – even when they could see that he has a return ticket. And when we ask them to follow up on this issue and help us – they just told us to go to their website and send feedback. They could have contacted United airlines – right there and solve the problem of their system and locate our itinerary – BUT, they did not, They DO NOT care at all !! We got stuck for two months now and they don’t even bother to follow up with the other carrier – United airlines to clarify the situation. While Turkish airlines is a member of the Star Alliance. our Airlines confirmation is SQVGPV.
