    Dear Madame or Sir,

    I am contacting you because my flight to Tehran using Turkish Airlines was cancelled on April 5th – TK1920 and TK878 on April 6th. I also had to rebook my return flights on April 15th – TK873 and TK1917.
    I am now asking you to reimburse me for the damage I have had. I had to rebook a flight to Tehran for the same dates on a more expensive flight.
    E dreams has refused to cover the damage.

    The cancellation of my flight was solely due to your moving of your facilities to a different place so it was only due to your fault.

    Impossible de faire un changement de dates sur le site Turkish.
    Que faire???? Je suis sensée partir le 6 juillet et aimerais déplacer mon billet en octobre.

    Subject: REFERENCE E-BOOKERS ITINERARY NUMBER 71006506010331 FOR MR KALKIDAN AND FAMILY

    Dear Turkish Airlines,

    I have spoken this morning with one of your good colleagues (Sam) at 9:45 hours through 0848444849 explaining our situation. Reference indicated above – Mr Kalkidan ([email protected]) made a booking with E-bookers to fly on the 13th July to Istanbul from Geneva, Switzerland and return on 23 July. However, due to the current pandemic the family decided to postpone their travel. The outbound flight by Serbian Airlines is cancelled by the airlines itself. Now we are kindly asking the Turkish airlines to cancel the return flight and we will re-book it to travel in December 2020. Please note we do not want refund but we will re-book it to fly in December 2020. Kindly confirm receipt of this message and action taken by the Turkish Airlines on our request above through [email protected]
