    myself, SOW KIM TAR and my friend DE KIAT HAI travel on 7 May 2018 from KLIA AT 2315 flight no TK061 to ROME ,transit at ISTANBUL ATATURK INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL. The flight to ROME on 8 May schedule at 0815 TK1681 was delayed by 9 hours to 1715.
    We are making a claim on our travel insurance. as such could you kindly issue a letter confirming the delay as requested by the insurance company.

      My TK 61 ETA on 22 MAY 2019 was changed by TK from 23.15 to 23.05. I have no issue with this change, but why i have to reconfirm whilst there is no confirmation button at your website ? It is so confusing

    With all sincerity and unpleasant mind as a result of mishandling of one of my luggage,I hereby bring to your notice and to register my displeasure concerning one of my family`s luggage,that is an Hisense 32″ HD LED TV 32M2160P Television that was tagged “FRAGILE“and perfectly wrapped using wrapping machine at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) with the cost of RM26 on 18th July,2018.
    Despite the precautions taken,to my dismay.the television`s screen was found broken when they(my family)arrived their final destination,Ibadan,Oyo State,Nigeria.
    The travellers` booking reference code is JBAOGO. I hereby seek redress for his issue.Thanks you.

      I am in the same case too. Why my partner’s name spelled that way. There should be a space. But on the email, the name I received no space after first name.

    Hello, I was booked to fly to Istanbul on the 22 Mar 2020 and return on 28 Mar 2020. I request for cancellation with refund or change the dates for me to travel. I made my booking thru Tripair.my. I e-mailed Tripair about my request, but the response i got was, there was no refund for my cancellation. This is unfair because the cancellation was made due to lockdown in Malaysia. Can you please help me, at least to change the dates?

      My flight cancelled 3 times within three weeks and each time reschedule by hotline staff. Always give excuses.
      My first and last experience.
      Aside Turkish Airlines GCEO, better to close down your business and help human being by reducing these nonsense.

    Terrible experience! My flight from Kuala Lumpur to Kazakhstan was cancelled, and I was trying to reach their call-centre for over 30 minutes, eventually the customer service replied and transferred me to another agent 3 times till one rude man picked up the phone and told me “It’s not my problem” and dropped the phone. He said this because when he picked up the phone, and I explained the situation and he said I will transfer you to another agent, and I told him that it’s 4th time some one transfers my call in what he replied “It’s not my problem” and something about Malaysia I couldn’t understand.

    I write to complain of my missing luggage.

    I travelled to Abuja, Nigeria from KL? Malaysia on Tuesday, 27th October 2020. But one of my luggage was missing. It is a brown bag park containing essentially an HP printer together with some of my clothes, a power bank, handset charger, wallet and some other things.

    I am seriously stranded because of this. I submitted my information to the Nigerian airport with the promise that you will be contacted. But they told me that you have been contacted but you did not respond.

    This is my first time flying with you and my experience is too painful for me to bear.

    Please I will appreciate it if you make haste to send me my luggage. I am waiting to supply you with all the information you need to enable find the luggage for me.

    I applied to join Miles & Smiles some years ago but flew Turkishh airlines only once from Istanbul to sarajevo.. I never got any Miles & Smiles card. Now my wife and I are planning to fly by Turkish Airlines business class to London and want to apply for a card. I dont have a TK card number. I tried to register but it seems my email address is already registered. How do I go about obtaining or registering for Miles and Smiles for me ande my wife?
    Any help would be appreciated.

    Try to buy Turkish Airlines via website for feb 3rd route SAW-NAV TK7588
    and on 4th NAV-SAW TK7589 for 4 adults with a prices of TL 2,959.92
    But when I push select, then can not, it’s vanished, nothing.
