  • Expectant mothers can travel inĀ Turkish AirlineĀ till 36th week of the Single pregnancy and 32 week for multiple pregnancy.
  • After 28th week, a medical certificate is required to travel which stated that you are fit to travel from your doctor or midwife.
  • You must apply for medical clearance by submitting a medical information form (MEDIF).

    I have booked the ticket online and I was given the time (Pay & Fly untill Friday, July 6, 2018 15:55 (Lahore local time).) for final payment, Today I was willing to pay at Lahore Pakistan Airport Office but when I am searching with provided booking reference (RUJDZZ) ticket is not showing, I have made multiple calls to your Lahore office number 0092-42-36660102 but no one is responding even in the mentioned working hours.

    What sort of service you are giving to your customers, This is really disappointing. Can anyone help me out on this ?

    I was trying to contact at their Lahore Islamabad Office for the ticket extensions but no answer. Super disappointed šŸ˜¢ not a good customer service at all. Next time not traveling by Turkish Airlines. Iā€™m traveling to United States…..
    I hope PIA should restart their flights to USA again.

    The number on your websites including the call center 0080090033020 and 924236660102 are useless numbers .
    There is a trail of automated voicemail but then after selection which is offered we get a message that this is a wrong number.
    Your airlines is an established one how come your means of customer service is next to difficult?

    I think Lahore office should be closed bcx nobody answered calls and emails for ok to board.i sent email many times but no reply we sent a person to check status while he was going Lahore bit office was closed.what the customer could do for these issues.it is last time with turkish

    Trying to reach Turkish airline Lahore office to get information about rescheduled flight. No one bothers to attend the call. Very very very bad customer service. I will rate negative 10 out of 10. I booked a ticket Lahore to Los Angles for June 05. Got an email that the flight is rescheduled and contact Lahore office.     I have flight TKO715 from Lahore to Isanbul to Germany. I want to check flight status. I also want to know if Turkish Airline required Corona Test for all customers. But there is no helpline in Lahore or Pakistan that attends any call. There is no customer service.
    EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
