      I am having issues work my return to U.K. since the airline has cancelled all the flights from Iran until 17 April
      This has caused me more expenditure for my travel and hotel.They have so far rescheduled my ticket and it is about annoying. I spoke to the call centre and asked to have a refund on my return ticket so that I buy another available Airline. I thought my ticket on line and paid with my British credit card but they suggest o should go to the local office in that country and get a refund.firet of all, the Turkish Airline offices are all closed, second, I told the operator that I want it a refund on my card that I originally paid for.she put me through customer relations in Turkey and no one to answer. I have so far spend a few hours on the on tbe phone regarding my account on the website, and also trying to get a refund to my card. I have come across rude operators too and was cut off because they didn’t know what to answer when questioned. All they said that all we have, is this contact number….SO HER WE ARE AND TURKISH AIRLINE NEEDS TO IMPROVE AFTER SALES SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS.

      I have been trying without success to contact your office at Rafiq Al Harriri airport in Beirut Lebanon ( BEY ) I have been trying almost every hour since Friday January 17 2020
      I arrived from Manchester (MAN) via Istanbul (IST) on flight # TK 0828 and when collecting my luggage accidentally took the wrong bag

    My partner and I are booked on flights to Ercan from Manchester on 6 June 2020 and return (Booking Ref: TB83QW). We are both members of Miles & Smiles but are unable to collect points on our cards (Barry Hudson Ref: TK 229421340, my partner Jill Reynolds Ref: TK 230645597). These reference numbers are not recognised on the booking website but we have used them before. Also could you please tell me which Turkish Airlines lounges are available at Istanbul as we would like to book in our stop-overs once the issue with our cards is resolved.

    I have raised a customer feedback to Turkish airlines – TK-3511604 regarding cancellation of my tickets with PNR – TVBVLQ.

    Ticket contains two passengers named Srujil Vivek Saraf and (my wife) Chaitali Vijayrao Khodwe and travel date is on 9th April 2020 (Manchester to Mumbai) and return on 28th April. Ticket confirmation is attached for your reference.

    I am unable to reach my travel agent – Mytrip.com and henceforth I was informed to contact Turkish airlines customer care to write an email regarding the cancellation request to this email address.

    I would like to request for cancellation of the ticket for both the passengers and get me a full refund of the ticket.

    I have tried on a number of occasions to use the coronavirus webpage on the website to secure travel vouchers for two cancelled flights (Istanbul to Manchester) and a refund for two flights from Ecran to Istanbul. All details are entered but the system will not let you submit the requests.

    This morning I have also phoned the London office and get only auto dial system that does not recognise the ticket numbers I try to enter and keeps saying ” enter the information requested” ( which I did repeatedly 5 times – very frustrating.)

    Please advise.

    I have a reservation for Manchester to Dalaman on Monday May 30th. One of the passengers API details are showing as incorrect. I have tried to change the information to make it correct, but the website keeps going back to the old information. I have telephone reservations and they confirm the details are correct at their side, but the website keeps showing incorrect information.
    I am worried that when we go to check in on the day of the flight, there will be a problem.

    I have a voucher which I want to request a refund. I rang customer relations on Monday 31st May to requesting a refund. They told me to go to Manchester Sales Office, Terminal 1 and they would give a cash refund.

    I took a day off work, travelled for 1.5hrs each way and spent £20 for parking. At the sales office they told me that the information given to me by the customer services telephone line was incorrect and that I have to complete a form and send to [email protected] along with a copy of the passport which I have done.

    Since sending the completed form / passport I have sent multiple emails requesting acknowledgement of my email to which I had had no reply.

    I have once again rang customer services but they are insisting that is the Manchester Sales Office that can give a cash refund. I have now running in circles which is most frustrating and annoying. I refuse to take another day off from work, travel for 1.5hrs each way, pay for parking to then be told the same thing again.

    I have done everything that has been asked from me but you still do not process the refund.

    Can someone please call me back ASAP to resolve this issue.
