Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to mention that I have reserved a ticket from Mashhad to Berlin. I am a student–however, 35 years old. I was not allowed to register for a student ticket and for me, only 30 kg is permitted. I would like to ask you to allow me to confirm in the system that I can take more than 30 kg luggage just like other students since it is not fair for me to be treated differently only because I am one year older than 34. I would appreciate it if you made changes in my ticket regarding my luggage so that I will be allowed to carry more than 30 kg with me.
