My flight which was scheduled for on the 15 of November was cancelled and they asked me to make a change in the website which was not possible because it says making changes online is not allowed and I should contact the customer service I have been trying to contact the customer care number it is saying it is not configure and it is not going through.     I have bought a round ticket of Turkish airline from Milan to Istanbul and back. (18 March to 29 march)
    As far as I know you will extend the baggage for students till 40 KG.
    I am a student. Would you please guide me how can I have 40 kg instead of 30 ?
