    I am writing to complain about the exact irresponsibility of Turkish Airline Staff in Shahid Dastgheib International Airport (Shiraz).I bought an online one-way ticket to Serbia (Belgrade) from this airline on July 5th.Actually I never have known about this matter that I had to buy two-way ticket as an international passenger.On boarding they checked all the details of my flight I was wonder how they didn’t recognize my ticket was one-way.As an Airline staff they have to be focused and trustworthy.I always Trust Turkish Airline as a passenger but this time the story is really different . They should have been focused on all the details of the destination country and gave me proper advice in such a situation.Finally,once i arrived at the airport they checked my passport and asked me to wait about 24 hours at the airport to be deported.Now ,I have been deported from Serbia and am in Shiraz. Im really disappointed and dont know exactly whether buy the new ticket or not.
    I thoroughly ask you consider my complaint and refer it to the related people.

    Madame, Monsieur,

    Par la présente je souhaite vous faire part de mon grand mécontentement ainsi que de ma déception vis a vis de votre compagnie Turkish airline.
    Je tiens a vous rappelez que je suis un client fidèle qui effectue pas moins 8 trajets par an.

    En effet le 10 septembre 2018, je me suis rendu à l’aéroport de Shiraz à l’heure l’initialement prévu pour effectuer le trajet Shiraz/ Istanbul avec une escale de 4h40 à Istanbul avant de prendre un autre vol pour Paris : N°de billet 2352347448093 IRR22328000

    Contre toute attente au moment de l’embarquement à Istanbul j’ai appris qu’ il y avais eu une modification à mon insu concernant l’heure de départ de mon vol vers Paris, modification effectué par une employé de l’aéroport à Shiraz !!
    Par conséquence mon deuxième vol était déjà partir à 5h55 (boarding time ).
    En effet j’avais eu une escale de 20 minutes au lieu de 4h40! Cela est bien évidemment ingérable !!
    Angoisse absolu ,étant donne mon age (66 ans et atteins d’une maladie cardiaque). Vous pouvez imaginer dans quel état j’ai été !

    Immédiatement j’ai été vers votre représentants à l’aéroport d’Istanbul à fin de régler ce préjudice, malheureusement leurs réponses étaient incompréhensive et inhumaines, on ne m’ a laissé” qu’un seul choix à savoir:
    je cite : “Acheter un nouveau billet ou partir “( buy a new tichet or go away)
    J’ai été obliger de racheter un autre billet de Istanbul vers paris au prix exorbitant de
    570 euros + la commission de carte 13 euros .N° de billet 2352358958598 TK1825
    En cas de nécessite je pourrai fournir des reçus de payements.

    Tout ça a cause d’ une erreur de votre représentante à l’aéroport à Shiraz!

    Aujourd’hui je me tourne vers vous en sollicitant un geste commercial et être indemnisé mes préjudice.
