i recently travelled from tel aviv to johannesburg south africa.
i tried to apply for points for the flights but was told over and over to give my application
to some one else. in the end at all points along the way i was told to give the form to
the next desk on my route. no one was willing to take the form .
how can i receive credit for the miles travelled.
the booking was made by a travel agent and i have the boarding passes.
what can i do to receive credit for this long haul flight.
i enjoyed very much turkish airlines and want to use the company again but i would like

hello!! we have tickets from tel aviv to montevideo on june 16. obviously we will not fly at this date. i understand we can get an open ticket valid until 28/03/21 with not charge. if we get an open ticket but finally dechde not to fly, the reffund conditions are the same, that is payng the normal cancellation fee?

We cannot connect with Turkish Airlines in Israel because office in Ramat Gan is closed. In call-center of company is impossible to resolve our problem – we need change one of our flights purchased by voucher and we need to know what will be cost of this change. What can we do in Israel? in Ben Gurion we cannot do it because of coronavirus rules(
