2018.11.13 Flight from Frankfurt, Germany to Ulanbator Mongolia. I had transfer in Stanbul, Turk.
I had only 1 small back bag for hand luggage. The hand luggage was seized before departure without any comments. It was inserted into the cargo. Liquors from Duty Free in the bag were broken. (13 euros German whiskey, 19.9 euros Baileys Irish Wisky)
If Stanbul airport officer said the bag was transferred to cargo, I would have had Liquores.

I cannot get a reply from the followin number 976 7014 6161. I am in Ulaanbaatar and wish to book the repatriation flight to Istanbul on 29th July.
