I have bag in amesterdam aerport im traveling Abou Dhabi Algiers with turkich air
This is a complaint from Turkish Aire lines I wanted to cancel our tickets. I contact with the travel agency )SKY Travel GSA) in Kabul-Afghanistan. they said go to one of the Turkish Airlines sales desks in the Netherlands. I contact two times (+31204059636) they said yes go to one the sales desk you will get your refund money. I came to the Schiphol agency. they said no we can not refund you here. I spend time I spend my money. but the end nothing. please take care of my complaint.

is door u gecancelled vanwege het corona virus.
Vervolgens heb ik nu ruim 3 maanden geleden om restitutie verzocht bij onze
reisagent Vliegtickets.nl en die meld dat Turkish Airlines tot nu toe niet heeft
uitgekeerd, terwijl ik van diverse vrienden en bekenden verneem dat zij hun
reissommen hebben terug ontvangen van verschillende reisopganisaties.

After numerous attempts by mail, written letters, phone calls and feedback forms to Bangkok, Dusseldorf and Amsterdam, in order to contact you and be able to explain our refund request, I write you this way.
There were no anwers at all of my contact attempts, only fingerpointing from one office to the other, with an end result of us still being empty handed
on 18 july my wife and I were scheduled to fly with Turkish Airlines from Bangkok Suvarnabumi Airport to Dusseldorf, with one stop in Istanbul.
This concerned flight TK69 and TK1523 was cancelled by your airline due to the corona virus

In the event of a flight cancellation due to the corona virus, I was offered a voucher. I indicated in all my contact attempts that I don’t want to make use of this offer and requested for a refund of the ticket price,that is to say half the ticketprice, because we could only use half of our returnticket (Our flight was cancelled SEVEN! times, we stayed in Thailand for 10 months instead of six)
To this day I have not recieved a refund.
Pursuant to article 5 of European Regulation (EC) no.261/2004 I am entitled to a refund of the ticketprice in the amount of :euro’s- 524,-
I herewith request you to remit – 524,- euro within 30 days to my accountnr.

Therefor I have to fill a Form for entry to Turkey .
In the 2nd page there must filled the city and adres in Turkey.
I filled : Istanbul and Airport. (no district nor telephone number)
This is not excepted and I cannot proceed with this form.
