    I’m planning to go India on 12th May, 2019. Below is the flight details which I wanted to book but need confirmation regarding the baggage. From Skopje To India, Turkish airlines will start at 8.55pm to Istanbul. Connection changes to Oman air at istanbul from Turkish airlines. If I check in my baggage at Skopje, then do i need to collect the baggage from istanbul after landing in istanbul and re check in the baggage OR directly I can collect the baggage from my destination i,e, India

    Poplaka za neporfesionalna i nekorektna usluga od strana na vrabotenite na check in šalterot na Turkish Airlines na aerodromot vo Bruxelles ja dostavuvaat Dafina Taleva Hadži Vaskova, Koordinator na stručna Služba i Žarko Kamčev Rakovoditel na Direkcija za kontrola i nadzor na “Sovetot za unapreduvanje i nadzor na revizijata na Makedonija” kako del od Makedonska vladina delegacija bile na rabotni sredbi vo Evropskata komisija vo Brisel od 12.-13.02.2020.
    Ve izvestuvame deka Vladinata Služba za opšti i zaednički raboti ni rezervirala povratni avio karti preku vašata kompanija na vrzani letovi Skopje-Istanbul – Bruxelles na 12.02. i obratno na 14.02 a na koi patuvavme poveke kolegi od više Vladini insitucii na oficijalnite razgovori so Evropskata komisija vo Brisel. Navodime deka na 14.02.2020 i pokraj problemite so lokalen transport, navreme pristignavme, so račen bagaž, na check in šalterot na Turkish Airlines (09.50h) i zastanavme vo podolga redica na samo 2 otvoreni šalteri na vašata kompanija. Vo momentot na pristignuvanjeto na red za ček in (10.10h) službeničkata ne izvesti deka chek in za našiot let vo 11.30h e zatvoren i da nemožeme da se kačime na let za Istanbul. Ne upati na oficijalni šalter na Turkish Airlines. I pokraj naše insistiranje deka ima dovolno vreme da se kačime na let za Istanbul i deka sme so račen bagaž, neljubeznite službenički i od check in šalterot i od oficijalniot šalter na Turkish Airlines odbile da to učinat, a odbile da ni ovozmožat da se kačime na prv nareden let za Istanbul koi bil vo 15.30 h, tuku uz doplata od 50 Evra po lice, ni rezeriviraše karta za 24h pokasno za u sabota na 15.02.2020 vo 11.30. So ogled na naša beizlezna situacija, moravme da prihvatime navedeno i Istite iznosi gi uplativme, i napravivme golemi dopolnitelni trošoci za povtoren prevoz do Bruxeless, povtorno smestuvanje vo Hotel za nokevanje, trošoci za ishrana kako i denguba za nenavremeno pristignuvanje doma na veke zakažani i službeni i privatni obvrski. So ogled na ovakvo neprinicipijelno odnesuvanje na del od vrabotenite na check inn Šalterot kako i na oficijalniot pult na Turkish Airlines na na Aerodoromot vo Brisel, odlučivme da pobarame materijalna i nematerijalna šteta od Aviokompanijata, soglasno na vašite pravilnici i regulativi. So iskrena počit i nadež deka ke pokažete i dokažete deka ste edna od najjakite avio kompaniji vo Svetot, Ve pozdravuvame. Istovremeno ve izvestuvame deka sme spremni, na vaš upit da vi dostavime i site materijalni dokazi vrzani za napraveni trošoci poradi 24h odložuvanje na letot vo Brisel.

    My friend & myself have contacted numerous times the head office & sent e-mails but no reply has been sent either to me or my friend Rumen apart from contacting we are still just going in circles in Sydney & Skopje.My last contact was at the Sydney office on the 17/07/2019  at 11:00 hrs  A.E.S.T I was told for my friend to attend the office in Skopje & request a refund manual process to begin & the money to be transferred within his account.But before we continue with that i am kindly asking the Sydney managers office personnel to send a letter confirming of the due process in order for clarification to be finalised & the people in Skopje to be aware of the situation.I am more than happy for the refund to go through & give consent.

    Sydney office:Can you please assist & just clarify our situation to Skopje office as this is very important due to that fact we are not aware if Skopje office is officially open in order for my friend to attend their personally as he is 3.5 hours away from the capital city.Your input is much appreciated.

    Minatiot vikend mojata sopruga i jas go doziveavme najtraumaticnoto iskustvo poradi ovaa nesovesna kompanija. Bevme navreduvani,omalovazuvanii prinudeni da bideme vo tranzit zonata na aerodromot vo Istanbul celi 36 casa poradi nivnata neodgovornost i nivni greshki. Nemavme pristap do licniot bagaz kade shto se naogjaa nashite lekovi ,ni slikaa dokumenti so nivnite mobilni telefoni so izgovor deka se obiduvaat da ni pomognat , no doznavme deka tie dokumenti bile distribuirani pomegju razlicni vraboteni vo kompanijata bez nasa soglasnost i odobrenie za zashtita na licni podatoci. Go izgubile bagazot (najverojatno zatoa nemavme pristap do nego), ni go dadoa 3 dena po nasheto vrakjanje vo Makedonija.
    IMAJKI KUPENI KARTI (POVRATNI), NI BARAA PARI NA CRNO ZA DA NI IZDADAT NOVI KARTI I DA STIGNEME NA KRAJNATA DESTINACIJA.
    Na kraj bevme prinudeni da kupime novi karti vo kesh na aerodrom po dupla cena samo za da mozeme da se vratime vo Makedonija.
    Niskobudzetni kompanii vaka ne tretiraat patnici kako kriminalci. MIZERNI STE !!!

(date of vaccination, what vaccine, what kind of document) If not, what other document do I need, in order to travel with your airplanes? Do I need to have a PCR test?
