    Miss Babazadeh, Manager of the Tehran office was very helpful. She has a great attitude with a great customer service. If it wasn’t for her I would have end up in a court with Turkish airline. She solved a problem i was having with my ticket from Tehran to JFK back in Oct-2017. I hope the office manager appreciate her enough. It’s very rare to have such a friendly and helpful office manager.

    Hi. Dear Sir.
    At first please accept my best thanks because of your very good Airline , very good flights & services.
    Second :
    I think when we are satisfied with a good set of companies such as Turquoise Airlines, we have the responsibility to inform you about our own bugs and criticisms to help you improve your situation and improve your services.
    Then I say to myself to explain what was happened for me in my last flight from Tehran-Iran to Hannover-Germany on Friday 20th February 2018.

    My flight No. 857 from Tehran to Istanbul was done on time & very good condition.
    We arrived Istanbul on time & go to gate No, 222 for our next flight from Istanbul to Hannover ( Flight No. 1553 ).
    I went to Gate No. 222 for my next flight. I was there about 5.00 Am.
    It was too soon & I laid down on the chairs just in the space of Gate No. 222.
    I had a very bad back ache & eat a tablet to make me calm & slept in from of the Gate No. 222 & waiting for my flight.
    But suddenly I woke up & noticed that my flight ( No. 1553 ) was gone to Hannover & no one from the Turkish Airline people who were there did not wake me up.
    I slept just at their watch & they saw me but they did not wake me up & I lost my flight.
    There was no one responsible to me & everyone told me that we are busy !

    So I went to customer service there & bought a new ticket from Istanbul to Hannover by 820.00 US$ & I’m coming Hannover by next flight ( 10.40 Am ).

    One of my bag was not come with my flight but it’s deliver by some hours later & I thanks for it too.

    Really I’m satisfy from your airline & services because of it I’m so surprise from your stuff on the Gate No. 222 for the Flight No. 1553.
    I think they should be more careful about their passengers.
    They should know that there is no people sleep in their gate area if they don’t want go to their flight.
    They should be more careful & kind & notice to their passengers.
    Their irresponsibility made me lose my flight and spend 820 $ for the next flight, and this is a huge loss for me.

    I think you should have Camera in all Airport aria & if you check the camera on Gate No. 222 aria you can see me that I lay down on the chairs there.

    So please accept this criticism and follow up this subject.
    I really want to compensate for my loss.

    Dear Sir/madam ,
    I flied with your airline in 28th may 2018 from IKA to YQR (Regina -Saskatchewan-Canada)
    With flight number TK017 28May from IKA to Istanbul then YYZ and connection flight number AC 1107 from YYZ to YQR
    I lost one of my baggage when I arrived to my final destination (Regina),I followed up my case till now form 30may ,I asked Rgina (Air Canada ) to find it and no result till now.
    I followed it up by my self from IKA airport
    they said it had remained in Istanbul airport .And inform Air Canada about it but still nothing happen .
    Please help me with finding
    the baggage number was 0096 IR 527676B

I need t know your baggage limit policy. I am flying from Tehran to Stockholm. Is your package policy is one 23Kg checked in? Is so, how much is the charge for overweight and up to what weight?     My departure is 17 Oktober Vienna to Istanbul _ Tehran

    Would you tell me please do I need Corona Test in Vienna?

    I have called Türkisch Airline office in Vienna, they told me no. I don’t need test in Vienna. But I have to ask Tehran. I called to airport IKA they told me I don’t need because I can make test directly in Tehran airport according to my Persian passport.

    But I’m not sure really do I need Test or not! Please give me a valid information.

    I had a flight from Tehran Imam Khomeyni airport to Istanbul and then from Istanbul to Düsseldorf. Every seat in the airplane from Tehran was full even though due to Corona pandemic rules it must be distance between the filled seats. The flight attendant were very rude. The airplane was totally full that the staff started to claim the cabin baggages at the aircraft door saying that the cabin is full and they will deliver the cabin bags with the other main baggages at the final destination. My cabin baggage is lost and after 5 days It is not still delivered. I paid even 60 euros for 2.5 kilo extra baggage that I had at the IKA airport. We paid the same money as European for the flight, the airplane was full from Iran but from Istanbul there was distance between filled seats because the passengers were Turks and Europeans. Now here is the question, what is the difference between Iranian and European or turkish passengers? Iranians dont get sick? or they pay less for the tickets?
    If you care about your health and your baggages and you believe we are all humans with any nationality, do not flight with Turkish airlines anymore!
