If your baggage has not arrived in 3 days after your arrival, you can ask for a complaint form at the airport or request one by sending an  email to [email protected]

Expectant mothers can travel in Volaris Airlines up-to 7 months (28 weeks) of pregnancy.

For travel after 28 weeks of pregnancy

Expectant mother who wish to travel after their 28 weeks of pregnancy should have to submit a medical certificate from your doctor or midwife stated:

  • Your full name.
  • An authorization to travel during your flight dates. If not included, the letter is only valid up to 5 days after it was written.
  • Full name, professional license and telephone number of your physician.

      La peor aerolínea que existe y el peor servicio al consumidor. El personal es arrogante, no tienen respeto ni ética profesional. Después de haber trabajado por más de 20 años en la industria de turismo me quedo decepcionada de ver como una aerolínea como VOLARIS trata a sus clientes.
      En CBX, dejan al pasajero convaleciente horas sin atenderlo.
      EN TIJUANA a los no mexicanos les cobran como maleta regular pr un equipaje carry on.
      El personal es racista y discrimina a las personas de raza blanca.
      Decomisan equipaje de mano aun a pesar de que sea el único equipaje que el pasajero lleve y sino le hacen pagar, esto lo hacen con los que no son mexicanos.
      Hacen pagar al pasajero más dinero por equipajes que están dentro de los límites.
      Postean vuelos que no existen en en el web page y luego le dicen al pasajero que el vuelo esta retrasado 3 horas, cuando en realidad el vuelo no existe y el pasajero se ve obligado a esperar y sufrir las consecuencias de perder los vuelos de confección.
      El avión siempre está sucio, los residuos y cochinero de vuelos anteriores están en el mismo lugar y los pasajeros que abordan el vuelo deben de aceptar y resignarse al proceso de la aerolínea.
      En general la aerolínea es un desastre. Es una pena, recuerdo cuando empezaron, provocaba viajar con ellos por el buen servicio que ofrecían pero ahora es vergonzoso y una asquerosidad. El personal es de lo peor, no se quien y a donde entrena pero definitivamente necesitan un mejor entrenamiento de cómo servir al cliente.
      Que tristeza tener que hablar así pero es la realidad.

    Compagnie à fuir ! Je n’ai pas pu utiliser le vol que j’avais réservé chez Volaris (le 17/04/2020) parce qu’ils ont changer la date de ce vol quelques jours avant et que cette nouvelle date tombait un jour après la date de mon vol retour Mexico-Barcelone !
    J’ai essayé de les joindre par téléphone mais je n’ai jamais réussi à avoir quelqu’un en ligne. Je leur ai demandé par mail de me rembourser mon billet puisque cela était de leur faute si je n’avais pas pu prendre mon vol mais là aussi silence radio.

    Avoid this company ! I couldn’t use the flight I had booked (on 17/04/2020) because they changed the date of this flight a few days before and this new date was one day after the date of my return flight Mexico-Barcelona !
    I tried to reach them by phone but I never managed to get anyone online. I asked them by e-mail to refund my ticket since it was their fault if I couldn’t take my flight but no answer again. Thieves, then.

    Beside your ground service is more than often inadequate, racist, selective against “extranjeros” lack of respect
    full against people in Wheel chairs, even so the chair was reserved two days bevor the departure.
    Your impertinence and arrogance to ask your flight victims to give you a rating is simply an understandable audacity.
