mi hijo de 15 años vuela el próximo viernes 16 /10/2020 desde Bruselas hasta Barcelona y regresa el 25 /10/2020 de Barcelona a Bruselas.
Como es menor de edad ¿cual es el documento que necesito para autorizar como padres a que mi hijo vuele ? ¿ cómo se procede? ¿ ha de sellarlo la policía de bélgica ?¡¿ para regresar , necesita que alguien desde España autroriza su salida?
Ruego me detallen todo lo que necesito hacer y me indiquen dónde obtener el documento.
I am writing as I was not able to contact vueling by phone
Following the change of time notified on 19 april 2021, I asked ro be refund of the price of the return ticket BXL/BCN/BXL – Reservation FY69RV.
In your website it is indicated that the reimbursement is pending. However, when I applied to be refund in the website, it was indicated that I was going to be refund within 7 days, which was not the case. Furthermore, it was indicated that I should have received a mail, that I never received. Additionally, I continue to receive notifications of changes and information regarding this reservation.
Could you kindly confirm that the procedure for refund is ongoing and when I can expect to be refund?

Ik heb de vluchten onder het reserveringsnummer EA8E2J (TimeFlex) Brussels-Alicante 04/03/2023 en Alicante-Brussels 11/03/2023 gecanceld omwille van familale redenen. Ik verwacht van u een email met de bevestiging dat ik hiervoor vliegkrediet krijg. Nog geen bericht gekregen. Wanneer mag ik een antwoord verwachten? Dank bij voorbaat.

I would like to be able to change my booking. The mail received informs me that it is possible and provides a link. However, on that page every further action is blocked. I spent more than 3 hrs already trying to fix that problem. A call by phone is also blocked. This is bad pr for Vueling.
