I could not join the bagage tracking service and it is very very urgent… My file reference is LISVY15471.
I arrived yesterday in Lisbon but my luggage did not. They said that they were going to deliver me today but i did not reveive any call. I called the ground force number and they told me that there were a delivery this morning and that they called me but no it is not true they did not ! Nowtrhey said that they cannot make another delivery and that i have to come to the airport to take it! This not acceptable ! I need my luggage to arrive tommorow morning as i go back to farnce tommorow evening and my son who stays here needs it !!

I HAVE TRIED 30 TIMES OVER 3 HOURS AND THE SAME MESSAGE APPEARS AND THIS IS STILL NOT RESOLVED.
I NEED CONFIRMATION THAT THE CASH RETURN IS BEING MADE AND CANNOT GET THIS FROM THE WEBSITE.

We are extremely disappointed with Vueling. We had a record locator to travel with you from Compostella de Santiago to Barcelona on Feb. 20, VCVQ3P, only to find out we were NOT in the system! We were left stranded. Our original schedule was VY7108 20-02-2022 SCQ-LGW – 17:40 – 18:40 and you changed this on 22-12-2021 to VY1677 20-02-2022 SCQ-BCN – 14:00 – 15:40, and then VY7820 20-02-2022 BCN-LGW – 17:55-19:15.
We were stranded!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO ONE WAS ANSWERING VUELING RESERVATIONS LIKE THE ATTENDANT GAVE US, 93-122-5400 NO ONE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
In order to get back to London the only flight available was from Porto. We booked a flight BA out of Porto and took a cab to Porto from Compostella De Santiago.
Very Disapointed but I know you don’t care. Writing this out of frustrations.
