Etihad has a program ‘Verified to Fly’ which is nothing but you can check whether you can be able to fly to your destination during COVID-19 pandemic. Passenger needs to send all the relevant documents regarding COVID-19.
Where is Etihad’s ‘Verified to Fly’ available?
Etihad’s ‘Verified to Fly’ is available at Abu Dhabi and all the worldwide airports except Bangladesh, China , India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
How and when to use Etihad’s ‘Verified to Fly’?
- 7 days before your flight you can use Etihad’s ‘Verified to Fly’.
- Passengers are required to send the COVID-19 PCR test result as soon as they received
How and where to send COVID-19 documents in Etihad Airways?
- Go to Manage my booking
- Enter email id and the contact details.
- Enter the booking reference / ticket number and passenger’s last name
- Once entered all the required details, you will receive an email regarding the required documents to attach depends upon your transit / final destination.
- Send the relevant documents through the email you have received.
- Submit the negative COVID-19 PCR test certificate.
- You can download the boarding pass also.
- Take that to the verified to fly desks at the airport.
How to check Etihad’s Verified to Fly status?
- Go to Manage my booking
- Enter email id and the contact details.
- Enter the booking reference / ticket number and passenger’s last name
- Check the status.
- In case if the flight is delayed or been cancelled, you need to re-submit the documents for ‘verified to fly’
