i try to contact your jakarta office by phone (before 5pm) but ringing and no body pick the phone. I booked the ticket through ticket.com after receive ticket enter number online check in on your web and shown error. Please help full. received ticket number 6035734625212.
The staff is not talented they are making long time to just change ticket , they have seen My ticket to banglore from Jakarta but they are talking about Colombo, I didn’t got ticket copy of paper they told that the shishtam is not working and then they asking me to give email what is this going on no faselitis I have pay 250$ just to change ticket.. this SriLankan Airlines taking to much experience
I have tried to calling to office then no body pick up the call and I call to one more number they just pick up after that disconnecting.. this is very bad and disrespect.. I have went there at 9am the morning it’s 8:30 open time but at 9pm día Are telling to wait then I have waited 20min.. we are paying expensive but getting this respon from your staff office

I booked ticket two way from kuwait to jakarta and jakarta to kuwait.
For coming to kuwait my booked on 7 july 2018 .
Today i checked in srilankan air website why become change to 8 july 2018 without any confirm to my email.
I tried to contact srilankan office on jakarta no respon and no body answer.
I want to make sure that my flight is tomorrow on 7 july 2018.
If no responsible from the company and no replay right now , i will inform to my friend and avery body to avoid srilankan air due verry bad service.

Due to the COVID19 pandemic flights from India to Jakarta were cancelled. After writing to the help center I got a call from the Jakarta office and thanks to the office staff, I had my parents ticket from India to Jakarta and back converted to a travel voucher so quickly!

I am currently in Indonesia and have been trying to cancel our tickets from Jakarta to Colombo for the past week do to the political/economical situation in Colombo right now. I have tried calling, multiple emails to different customer service addresses, and even filled out the cancelation form many days ago. Nobody has picked up the calls. Nobody has replied to my emails. No response to my online cancelation form. This is incredibly frustrating. Our flight leaves today and we are about to be charged a full price no show fee when I’ve tried everything possible ahead of time to mitigate this problem.
I can’t begin to explain how disappointed I am in Sri Lanka Airlines and your customer service.
