In general, Air Mauritius Checked Baggage allowance is 32 kg where the dimension should not exceed 158 cm. For the exceeding baggage weight more than 32 kg and 300 cm, baggage must be under excess baggage which needs to be put in cargo.

I traveled on January 3, 2020 from Capetown, South Africa to Victoria Seychelles on Air Mauritius via Johannasburg Flight 852 connecting to Flight 320. My luggage was lost and although I filled out forms for lost luggage, I have had no response from Air Mauritius.
