We have been trying to cancel our flght from Rome to Amsterdam ,Alitalia roll free no one picks up the call
We’ve been trying to get in touch since days, they put us on hold for for hours…is there any other way to cancel our flight?
They answered my phone call on the +302103534284 and they were able to complete my check in through the phone call since their website was not working and I was in a transit flight with short time period between my flights.
We booked a flight from Athens to Milano Linate fro Monday the 16th march,
from the Italian news, we know that Linate will be close, and there aren’t any flight from Roma to Milano on Monday.
I didn’t receive any message from Alitalia, I called the operator where we booked the fly and they told me that I have to speak directly with Alitalia… but it’s impossible!

My sister’s lost luggage (Originally on a United flight from DC) was supposedly on a flight to Greece from Rome Wednesday evening. Apparently it still has not arrived to the Athens Eleftherios Airport. We have been trying all the numbers and no one answers. She reported the missing luggage upon arrival and has even been back to the airport only to find out it never boarded the Alitalia flight. There really should be a more efficient updating system and a person to actually answer the numbers given.
