    Friends,
I just returned from a round-trip from Washington, D.C. to London. I originally booked Premium Economy seats for both legs of the trip. When I accepted the promotion to upgrade to Business Class, I accepted the promotions for both legs of the trip. I do NOT understand why I payed for the seats twice, once for Premium Economy seats, which were never used, and a second time for Business Class seats. Shouldn’t I receive a REFUND or credit for the Premium Economy seats. Please explain.

I want to be a loyal customer to BA as I will be traveling regularly to London and Europe. However, I find the double-charging highly irregular and inappropriate.

    Awaiting your immediate action.

Yesterday, I received an e-mail saying my first flight (of 3) on October 11th has been cancelled. I need to find out what my new flight will be as soon as possible as it was not provided in the e-mail. How do I get in contact with a representative?
Why has a flight been cancelled a month out? Please advise.

Not sure if this is the right place to last for help, but I am flying into SFO on BA285 on Friday 4 May – scheduled arrival 14:25. I have a connection to united express 5868 to St. Luis Obispo at 17:15. How do I transfer from international arrivals to domestic terminal 3?

So disappointed that you are in effect stealing over $500.00 from my husband and me. Covid has kept us from making the trip we planned for May 2021. I called months ago to both BA and Expedia to make sure we would get a refund if the risk factors were still too high. No problem, don’t worry, you will get a full refund or we give you a credit but you will have two years to use it and no fees. What a whopper of lie that was.

Well we had to cancel and not only did i get treated like a ping pong ball going back and forth between Expedia and BA the customer service folks just kept giving me form letters with no validity or help. Expedia was told to give us a credit but the time was limited, there use a usage fee and we had to use it only on flights leaving from Heathrow in London England.
That means based off our original purchase where we flew to to England from Florida to catch a BA flight to Rome then your credit is only good for the same people and is ONLY Good if the replacement flight starts from the exact same airport in England. So like us we will have to fly to Heathrow and go out of there to ever use the credit. I’ve been trying for weeks to get this resolved and they just blow you off. I want what we were promised and purchased the tickets on in good faith that your promises would be upheld. I will be less unhappy with a credit that is usable. One good anywhere at any time over the next 2 or 3 years and no fees or any other restrictions or I want what we were promised, our money back. Not BS form letters and no one taking responsibility but taking our money and not providing the service contracted for. Too say we are shock and disappointed in unethical way we have been treated by all is an understatement. All other service providers from the cruise ship and Delta have kept their word and done the right thing. Do we need to get an attorney or is someone BA able to do the right thing. All real help is appreciated. Warmest Regards and Good Heath to All … Marjory Leah Michaels, MAT and Thomas Fallat,

I have now been trying to rebook a flight for almost 2 weeks. It appears British airways can’t seem to quote a fare with their code share American airlines nor can you get a fare on the booking engine to book a flight. At this time I have now called British airways 6 times and sent 2 emails to customer service. It’s a shame that British airways had to depend on the off-shore call center in India for so much of their business support. Although I can book a flight nonstop from Heathrow to Orlando I cannot book a flight from Heathrow to Jacksonville Florida because apparently it is a code share with American airlines and no one at British airways seems to know how to quote this fare. I have been told on 3 separate occasions that an email will be sent with the fade quote and the voucher used and the ticket booked it is now going on 2 weeks and there has been no email received with the fare, no ticket booked, and no reservation made. This is unacceptable. British airways should be able to take care of all airlines that they code share with. Because of the pandemic this flight HAS been canceled and rebooked on 3 separate occasions.

We, FedEx Ground, have a package that is from a customer in Canada, but it appears to b addressed incorrectly. We are not able to send to a PO Box, so could you please tell us an address we could send the package?
