I am in Manila now and about to leave for General Santos City. I purchased round trip and I paid for Delta Premium Select. My tickets reflected the same round trip. My flight got delayed from Atlanta to Incheon and they sent me my itinerary and received in at Incheon. My return flight DL26 from Incheon to Atlanta they change my seat assignment (20H) into the main cabin! I repeat, I paid for Delta Premium Select especially on the long flights. Can you help? Broward Resident on July 5, I made a flight the Philippines when I arrived at FTL there was a note to show my Chase Debit card which I did with my ID, Passport, Drivers License Anyway since I one-way ticket, these three ‘Experts’ that were Questioning me Claimed I needed a return ticket, Which I replied I did not need a return ticket as I Married My Filipina wife there 24 years ago and have a monthly income And can stay as long as I wish, Did not need one then and do not need one now, But My Wifes mother just passed away and I was in a rush to leave anyway to be with her, they had placed a $1193.73 ticket on my bank card, which I disputed then, A month and half later Delta disputed my claim:

It is so hard to get in touch woth your Manila Office. I have vern teying to call because I am canceling my flugjt under HOA2V5 per instructuon from Dept of Health and City of Taguig COVID 29 Task force because i live at the same condominium of the 4th covid 19 posotive person. Our condominium has been placed under quarantine since Mar 6 and will end this March 20. We are strictly prohibited to travel. I cannot find site to tell me if Delta has resumed service from Manila or Japan to America, Is it anticipated to r5esume in near future?
I cannot contact Delta Mnl , 02 88419800 88418800, always busy tone. There were unused tickets issued before Covid started in March 2020 and flights were cancelled by Delta due lockdown. When I called Delta that time to verify what would happen to the cancelled tickets, I was informed that it can be used until Dec. 31, 2022.
Since there is no plan to travel in the next few months, can we just submit it for refund ?
Today, May 04, 2022, the contact number of Manila (0288410101) is open and ringin. Frustratingly, there is no one answering from the Manila office side. I have been calling from 8:30AM till now, 9:23AM and still no one is answering. This is very unprofessional and the management should do something about this. I hope this post finds them well so that they are aware of their employee’s negligence and incompetence.
