It is very difficult to communicate with ticketing office especially weekends.I have been online for two hours trying to communicate ,yet no answer.

I TRIDE ALL PHONE NUMBER AVAILABLE BUT NO ANSWER SOMETIMES THEY PUT ME HOLD 40 MIN.

I have been calling for 2 days to speak with airline staff to book a flight nobody in coming to answer the phone when tried for ours somebody come online from Mombasa as we speak the line when off that is it, this morning I have to do the same nothing comes up. i cant ifn book flight on the site.
