we have booked three tickets form Windhoek via Johannesburg and then over Madrid to Frankfurt in March 2018.
1. My mother (currently aged 79) is flying with us and we would need a wheelchair at all transit stops as she cannot wlak for long distances.
2. In addition, we would like to pre-book our seats as we would need to sit next to my mother during the flights.
3. Can you please also confirm the baggage allowance for all flights on this route, i.e. is one or 2 pieces of checked baggage allowed?
4. Is there a landline number availble for the South African office in order for me to contact you from Namibia? I cannot find any such number.
