On July 8th, I attempted to book a round trip flight from Portland to Honolulu for my sister on your airlines via Expedia. As I was finishing the process, my computer froze and I had to reboot. Once back on the Expedia site, it appeared that my reservation had not gone thru so I did it again. This time, it showed that I had completed the transaction. Then, last Friday when I read my credit card statement, it showed that I was being double charged for two tickets for my sister on the very same flight. I immediately contacted Expedia who at first did not want to help me. Eventually, I got some to call your airlines and I waited for I hour and 40 minutes on hold hoping to talk to someone. I hung up and tried again on Saturday and after nearly a half hour of waiting, I hung up again.
It should have been obvious to both you and Expedia that a double booking error occurred, yet neither of you corrected it or contacted me, and now you have charged me for that error, even though I did nothing wrong. Please contact me asap so the situation can be corrected. The tickets are in the name of Diane Kathryn Schlechter for a flight on Aug 10, 2019. If I do not hear from you soon, I will be forced to contact your corporate offices and use social media sites to bring awareness of this problem and your lack of consideration for the error that you should have caught and handled.

I, along with many people in the area, are connected in some way to south Jersey and would love to see a flight to Atlantic City Airport or the Trenton Airport. Due to a whole bunch of awful things happening with flights for my original trip to Bogota, SA, I had to cancel my plans and return home after being stuck in O’hare airport for 2 days. I bought my one way ticket home from O’hare the same day it was supposed to leave, actually just a few hours before take-off, the flight was delayed 6 times, at this point it was 6 hours later from original take off time. It was delayed until the following day at 12:30. Sun Country offered no help or vouchers for hotel or cab rides and of course no refund because it was weather related. But they sold me my ticket knowing the flight was delayed and when I finally reached costumer service after calling them for hours, they said they told me the ticket was sold to me after they just found out about the delay, aha, how convenient. Other airlines were flying costumers out early knowing bad weather was coming in. I will NEVER use this airline again!
On Sat, Feb 19th I had the unfortunate experience on Sun Country SY314 returning from Miami to Minneapolis.
I was served a cup of hot water and a tea bag masquerading as a coffee packet and informed to make my own coffee.
I took a sip and pushed the brown liquid away, NOT COFFEE.!
I questioned the stewardess about what cheap executive SOB came up with this idea. She said the airplane did not have a coffee maker.
I responded, if you have hot water , you can make coffee. On her return trip up the aisle she stopped, bent slightly down and said to me,”I did not care to talked to in that manner and tone”. I said but the coffee really did taste terrible. She left.
I’m 76 and have never been chastised by an airline employee for voicing my opinion.
I f she was one of my employees, I would have discussed the fine line between employment and unemployment.
How in the world do you reach a reservation agent? Every number Iāve tried refers me to your local 651 number with no way of reaching an agent. The operator has been busy every time Iāve called.
I have sent in my receipts for out of pocket expenses along with a letter twice now and have not received a response.
Our flight was cancelled with no notification and we were put up in a “lady of the night” hotel that was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen.
