- Add your KTN via Manage My Booking during online check-in at an airport desk or by contacting British Airways
- You can also add KTN by login to with British Airways frequent-flyer (Executive Club/Avios) profile.
- To get pre-approval, UK citizens sign up to become Global Entry members, involving an interview, background check and fingerprint scan.
- By entering your KTN or “known traveler number” into your flight reservations, British Airways passengers who are members of Global Entry and or TSA Pre✓ can use the service in direct conjunction with mobile boarding passes.
